Do I have to change my WhatsApp number?
No. We connect your number to the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta). Customers keep messaging the same number and your team replies from NovaLeads.
How does NovaLeads know which campaign each lead came from?
When someone messages you from a Meta ad (Facebook or Instagram), WhatsApp tells us which ad it was. That’s how the lead lands in that campaign’s bucket.
Can the AI assistant get prices wrong?
It answers from your loaded catalog (packages, prices and photos) and hands the conversation to a person when needed. You can pause it in any chat.
